“I would like to thank Grupo Mamarracho for bringing such a fun, dynamic, engaging and interactive show to our school. My students loved it and are already asking me to have them back again! Awesome, amazing and incredible were only some of the words used by them to describe the show. It was a great reinforcement of the vocabulary taught and a great way of motivating them to learn more Spanish” Sara Viguera, Teacher, 30.03.17

“Pinocho, va a la escuela”
Comment by Ahmed (aged 9), Millpond Primary School: ‘On the 19th of april 2016 Grupo Mamarracho came to my school and performed. They performed Pinocho which is about a toymaker who was lonely so he made a wooden boy which he didn’t know would come to life. But he was able to become a real boy if he was brave and truthful but a great challenge awaits him… Personally I think it’s great!
Comment from Salma, aged 9 “On the 19 of April 2016 the Grupo Mamarracho came to our school. They performed the story of Pinocho. It felt like I was a part of the performance too! I loved it when pinocho ( Megan) danced. She is a good dancer. I liked the way the performance started off like a story. When Pinocho and Pepito went on the boat Pinocho was about to get eaten by a shark! Overall it was an outstanding performance and I would recommend it to everyone”.

‘On behalf of millpond primary school I would like to say a huge thank you for your fantastic performance. The children thought the play was hilarious and really enjoyed being able to join in with the familiar vocabulary. The children also particularly liked being able to interact with members of the cast before and after the show’ (Mrs. Lyn Pembry, Spanish Teacher – Millpond Primary School /Junio 2015).
